A restorative meditation and reflection workshop led by our studio owners Grant and Sally, these monthly sessions will be an extra special space for you to be gently guided through your mind, emotions, spirit and body, for a truly holistic wellness experience.

Followed by herbal tea, vegan treats and a chance to linger a little longer in this sanctuary and beautiful community if you so choose.

Breathe

Our ever-popular Breathe series is the perfect 6-week course to learn more about breathwork, deepen your awareness of yourself, and be guided within to find calming and grounding mechanisms that our body holds to help us move through this existence.

It is a beautiful practice for calming the nervous system and reducing anxiety.
